Cool Kids Program Training 19 June 2015

This workshop focuses on assessment, treatment and prevention of anxiety in children and adolescents. The Cool Kids program has a cognitive behavioural orientation, is designed to train children, adolescents and their families in anxiety management skills and can be used in both community and school settings.

The workshop covers general information on anxiety disorders including diagnostic criteria, assessment techniques and current research findings on factors that maintain anxiety and how this links with treatment approaches, and it provides specific training on how to run the Cool Kids™ anxiety program, either within the school setting or community setting. CPD hours can be claimed at your own discretion and a certificate of attendance will be provided.
